My Approach
Key to my approach is compassion and empathy for a client’s difficulties and working collaboratively to understand, process, accept and progress in whatever challenges they face.
I have an integrative style that allows therapy to be tailored to the individual. I work primarily using a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework, but draw on third-wave models such as Mindfulness Based CBT, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well as systemic practices.
Based on my interest in complexity and trauma, I have more recently extended my therapeutic repertoire to include schema informed work, EMDR techniques, and Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET).
Who can I help?
At the core of my intervention is the client’s journey and building a therapeutic space that feels safe, and allows you to move towards your goals in a sensitive way.
I am a London based therapist who offers one-to-one online sessions to individuals with a range of psychological and emotional difficulties at varying degrees of severity.
